Victor Torez is a character in DEXTER. An ex-convict turned murderer again, Angel Batista mentions him to Brother Sam when questioning about Omar Rivera. Apparently Victor worked for Sam at his body shop, though after he was parole'd he went out and killed a nineteen year-old girl. It is likely he is serving a heavy sentence in jail now, if not on death row himself. Sam continues to regret the death of that poor girl and reaches out to her family to try and help as he can.
