The Timeline of Events is a collection of information spreading across the television series, DEXTER. Starting from the earliest known instances referenced in the show, the timeline is designed to make a record of all events that have occurred within the series. The timeline will record birth dates, death dates and other significant info.

The timeline is broken into years, then days and months. It can include specifics such as "morning," "afternoon," "evening," and even times. Specific dates (such as the day or even month) may not be possible for all events.

Dexter kills Jose Garza in front of James Doakes, who says "Stay away from me," reminding Dexter of what Harry said when he saw the result Dexter's first kill.   • Monday. 28 November 2011: Dexter gets on a boat full of immigrants and kills a robber, Alberto. He gets home and says "I love you" to Deb for the first time. The police go to Travis Marshall's home. Dexter takes Harrison to the Noah's Ark pageant. Travis abducts him and kills an officer. He tries to kill Harrison, but Dexter stops Travis during the solar eclipse and tranquilizes him. Deb gets emotional when the dead police officer is found. Deb tells Michelle that she loves Dexter. Dexter kills Travis but is seen by Deb.[502]
