The Seven Seas Motel is a crime scene location in DEXTER. Featured outside of a motel that is known to be a prime location of Prostitutes, the body of the first (technically third known) victim by the Ice Truck Killer.
Dexter Morgan was called to the crime scene where he is greated by his colleges and proceeds to get to work. One of his co-workers however, Vince Masuka is surprised to see Dexter there as there is no blood. When Dexter hears this he is intrigued, having curiosity take the best of him, he arrives to help his sister Officer Debra Morgan find a way to get on the task force to catch this killer.
Murder. The prostitute is found dead dumped at this location.
The Ice Truck Killer, as he is known as later on, kidnaps the prostitute, hangs her upside down, and severes her artery causing blood to spill out. He then drains the body of all it's blood and then cuts her into pieces. He then dumps the body parts in a local pool for police to find.
The prostitute was chosen at random to be Brian Moser's third victim.

The victim in this crime was an unnamed prostitute.
The suspects in this crime are unclear, none are named until later in the investigation. The actual killer however is Rudy Cooper, a 37 year old Caucasian man who works as Prosthetic Surgeon.
