Terry Foster is a character in Dexter. Terry was a prostitute and is one of ten women who were named on the buckets of the Ice Truck Killer, making her one of fifteen known victims to the killer. Her name is revealed in Born Free, alongside the buckets for Jill Vartos, Guilda Ruppert, Heather Costas, Alice Curry, Tammy Goode, Amy True, and Teri Ludlow. There are two unknown buckets, as well as a third bucket with blood still present (likely representing Monique). One of the two unknown buckets is Sheri Taylor, the third unfortunate victim shown in the show at the Ice Rink during Popping Cherry.

When Terry was killed and whether or not she is one of the other girls shown dead in the show is uncertain.
