John Alan Ackerman is a character in DEXTER. Not much is known about John, but he was the technical first husband of Rita Brandon. They married shortly after high-school and the relationship did not last more than 6 months, where Rita then filed for divorce from him. Other than this information, the only other thing known about him is that he was a mechanic.
