George Hoss is a character in DEXTER. He is confirmed via a slide-show presentation during the manhunt for Sergeant James Doakes as the "Bay Harbor Butcher". He is one of many characters killed in fact by Dexter Morgan and for some reason actually physically has his body shown on the slide show, suggesting he may be one of the Bay Harbor Butcher 18.
