Eddie Noonan is a character in DEXTER. At some unknown point he married a woman named Vicky Noonan who was killed on April 11, 1979. Although it was Arthur Mitchell who killed her, Eddie Noonan was convicted of the murder and sent to prison. At some point he was paroled and sent free until another murder occurs in the same house.
Plot
Season Four
When Lisa Bell is murdered in his exact same house he is brought in for questioning based on the similarities in the murders. Detective Debra Morgan and retired Special Agent Frank Lundy interrogate him about his wife's murder and Lisa's murder. He claims full innocence of both crimes and is later exonerated when the Trinity Killer is identified and the pattern of murders is established.
