Dillard Nessman is a character in Season Three of the Showtime series DEXTER.
He was a man who lived in Coral Gables and New York who was killed by Billy Fleeter.
Summary[]
Dillard owned two homes and had an addiction to gambling which eventually lead to his untimely demise by Billy Fleeter for not paying his bookie.
After his death, Assistant District Attorney Miguel Prado and his friend Dexter Morgan decided to take action against Fleeter before he killed someone else. Together, they avenged Dillard's death along with the two of Fleeter's other victims. Miguel killed Fleeter in the presence of Dexter.
